BiC-1, LLC, the company was founded in September 2021 to provide a wide variety of IT services to Civilian Federal Government Agencies. BiC-1 currently has Partner companies, in fourteen states throughout the United States, including; California, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and more. We employ a mix of on-site, part-time, and full-time teleworkers to meet our clients’ needs. We deliver Program and Project, and technical services on a 24x7x365 basis.

BiC-1LLC joint venture has a Seaport-NXG prime contract. BiC-1 is an ALL- Small Business (SB) joint venture with targeted NAICS codes supported by this contract vehicle. SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting professional support services and enhancing small business participation. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, NAVSUP, and ONR), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-NxG, defined and awarded, to a limited community of government contractors with an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders of which the Best-in-Class (Bic-1) joint venture company will compete and support the Navy over the next decade.
