For instance, “Managed IT Services” offers a flexible, cost-effective solution where a wide range of IT services across the entire system management lifecycle are bundled and seamlessly integrated under a single contractor. BiC-1 has the experience to provide either fully managed or tailored IT services. These services are based on industry best practices, including IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/ISO 20000, ISO 27001, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) L3, and ISO 9001:2015.
