BiC-1 provides comprehensive Technical Support and Advisory Services (A&AS) to the Department of Defense, Air Force, Air National Guard, and other federal agencies worldwide. Bic-1 provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to all types of government contracts, with A&AS being a broader category encompassing services to support or improve various aspects of government operations, while SETA is a specific type of A&AS focused on systems engineering and technical assistance.
