We implement and refine corporate and contractual plans as necessary to achieve objectives.

We measure, evaluate, and address the key factors of variation within our system, processes, and plans.

We foster innovation and communication, sharing improvements to enhance consistency and effectiveness.

Each individual contributes to our success by utilizing and enhancing the BiC-1 Management System (BMS) and providing timely, constructive feedback.

Quality Objectives

  • Senior leaders will address quality issues as part of every PMR/IPR.
  • Support system processes will meet their defined objectives. Each Manager will maintain at least one active process improvement initiative at all times (see PR-EX-02).
  • Evidence of planning priorities for critical processes: Each Project Manager will maintain at least one active process improvement project at all times (see PR-EX-02).
  • Achieve project and business objectives, with a strong client focus.
  • Ensure project and support processes meet measurement criteria.
  • Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned between projects and functions to drive integrated BMS improvements.

The BMS Management Representative will measure and report on our progress toward these objectives, enabling corporate and project managers to implement effective preventive actions when necessary.
