The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division may have a continuing requirement for NAWCAD WOLF Airborne Systems Integration Management Support (ASIMS).
BACKGROUND
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division provides the rapid insertion and transition of advanced technologies, systems, sensors, and weapons to enable Programs of Record (PoRs), as well as deliver direct insertion of capabilities to meet urgent fleet needs. The ASI Division works with customers and sponsors to identify capability gaps and requirements; to develop programmatic strategies; to conduct technology development, article testing, and evaluation; and to support technology insertion.
Specifically, the ASI Division requires the Contractor to provide technical, professional, and management support services to the ASI Division in support of Department of Navy (DON), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agency projects. The projects supported include, but are not limited to, airborne systems, advanced capabilities, datalink systems, and mission systems ranging from small prototype projects through ACAT I PoRs. As such, support services required for these projects will vary in accordance with (IAW) the customer, sponsor, stakeholder, and organization objectives.
PREVIOUS REQUIREMENTS
- The contractor shall provide technical, professional, and management support services to the ASI Division in support of Department of Navy (DoN), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agency projects.
- These support services shall include, but are not limited to, project management, organizational management, acquisition, and cybersecurity.
- The projects supported include, but are not limited to, airborne systems, advanced capabilities, datalink systems, and mission systems.
